As a Certified Personal Trainer, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Health doesn't just mean fitness, health is an integrated process that starts from the inside out.

Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule, and more importantly, meeting your deepest needs. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health, in a wholistic way, starting at the Core.

What I Do

The phrase “sculpted. inside & out.” was born out of the idea that our Creator has shaped us first on the inside then the outside.  We were sculpted from nothing into something and He knows us from the inside out. (Psalm 139) As a Personal Trainer, I value the importance of our INSIDE, who we are and what we believe about ourselves.  This drives the sculpting of our OUTSIDE, how we take care of our bodies nutritionally and physically.  

In training, I begin with finding your muscle imbalances and introduce corrective stretches and strengthening techniques.  Depending on a client’s goals, I introduce a series of phases into training.  Phase 1 incorporates core and stabilization exercises into all workouts.  Phase 2 develops your endurance and the ability “to keep up with others.”  Phase 3 & 4 is all about muscle strength and Phase 5 is increasing a client’s speed and power.
